If stop conditioning your hair will that cause it to break?

Asked by: Sandra 405 views Hair

Everytime I’ve been washing my hair for the past 6 months I never use conditioner. I’ve been using medicated shampoos for my scalp condition. I’ve noticed that my hair has started to break in some spots and I have some short patches of hair in that spot. It is very frustrating for me. I always towel dry my hair and I’ve heard that that causes your hair to break..I’ve been doing it for years though. Is it because I discontinued the use of condition whenever I shampoo then?

"I’ve been using medicated shampoos for my scalp condition"That the reason why your scalp breaks. Why are you using medication shampoo? Did your doctor told you to use it?I have NOT USED conditioner on my hair for 17 years, just shampoo. I also have stopped using hair dyes or permed my hair since the 80′s. We also have soft water.Heat & chemicals are hair’s worst enemies. You got any of those on your hair? The reason why, your hair also breaks, they are weakened by the way you style and products on your hair.Medication, supplements, hair products, chemicals, water pollution ALL HAVE SIDE EFFECTS that can cause hair loss.
