Is this against the school policy?

My school decided to put uniforms if going wasn’t bad enough. I only have these pants and others with holes in them which I can’t use

The premium washed ones.
And here’s the policy: The uniform calls for students to wear solid maroon, gray or black short or long-sleeved collared shirts with either blue jeans or black pants. All pants, shorts, capris, skirts or jumpers have to be a solid color. As for sweatshirts and sweaters, they must all be solid maroon, gray or black with no logos.
So do you think I can use them?

sounds to me you can wear whatever you want unless it has a design on it. and it has to be 1 color only. so yeah thats in dress code, its blue jeans
