Warm cloth then Neosporin works. I’ve never heard of using Vaseline. I get out of the shower after shaving where I get bumps, dry off quickly, and put Neosporin all over the area. I don’t get bumps anymore. They also make special ointments and creams for it, so if the Neosporin doesn’t work then you can try those. Also, I put unscented Aveeno oatmeal lotion everywhere I shave every day until I shave again.Hope I helpeddd! xxx

Use the regular vaseline. Or any kind is fine but choose the petroleum not the lotion. It will leave your skin super smooth :)
