A good white nail polish under 5$?

I need a good white nail polish (no Essie, opi, china glaze) under 5$. Every time I try a white nail polish it takes forever to dry, smudges easily, and comes out uneven, making me wait longer than I should to apply more coats. They also crack easily, so I need a good one under 5$. I notice Veblen a few hours my nails can smudge whenever I do white.

    Sally Hansen InstaDri in Whirlwind White. It dries fast, is pretty opaque for a white polish and should be around $2-3. :)
