I have been bleaching and dying my hair every color you can imagine for years. There isn’t really a way to bleach it and do absolutely no damage, but there are tips. if you have blonde hair it shouldn’t do an extreme amount of damage. Try using a hair color stripper before you bleach. If you have a Sally hair place nearby, I would go there and ask for a recommendation. you shouldn’t use too much for too long. Keep some in for a shorter amount of time and wash it out to see how it’s going. After you’ve finished your hair you should get a hair trim (just cutting off the dead ends and fixing to allow your hair to grow) so you remove the pieces of damaged hair. I also HIGHLY reccomend using TIGI catwalk honey and oatmeal shampoo and conditioner. I got mine at a drug store for about 16$ each. It may seem like a lot of money for shampoo, but my hair smells great, is growing, and is soft again. Its completely worth the cost. Good luck! X

I use Lightest Ash Blonde from Wella to tone my hair white after getting it the color of the inside of a banana with any 20vol developer and any powder bleach. Also, go to Sally’s and buy the Macadamia Oil Repair Mask and Aphogee 2 Step Treatment. Use Aphogee once a month and the mask once or twice a week. Yes, your hair will be damaged. However, if you soak your hair in coconut oil before bleaching (leave it on and apply the bleach over it) the damage will be significantly less.
