Deep condition then What?

Just deep conditioned my hair…after I wash it out can I twist my hair up for a curly look or what ?
This is my first transition stage from relaxed to natural

    moisturize with a with water or a water based product, then seal with an oil (olive, coconut, jojoba, etc.) then twist.Well, that’s at least what I do before I twist.
