Dyeing my hair, does Manic Panic damage? More questions? ASAP?

So I’m dyeing my hair, and wanted to go with a blue or maybe their ultra violet. This is my first time using this brand or going with an unnatural hair color AT ALL! I guess you could say I’m a bit of a hair virgin, and I have some questions before I completely commit to doing this:

What’s the difference between the regular formula and the amplified?
Does one cause more damage?
Is it true Manic Panic doesn’t cause damage?
Is there anyway you can get a good result without bleaching your hair?

    Manic panic SUCKS. I used it, fades soo quickly and changes the hair color. It looks so ugly. Yes it causes damage. If you have natural hair then you don’t need to bleach it. Please don’t die it some stupid color. It gets old FAST!
