Easy Healthy Hair Questions?

Asked by: Chip Monkey 241 views Hair , , , , ,

Okay So In High School (Two Years Ago) I Straightened My Hair A Lot… Yes I Know I Was Stupid For Doing That. I Have Only Dyed My Hair Once And That Was Three Years Ago.

But My Hair Is Stiff And Really Damaged… And I’ve cut the ends, but it still looks horrible. It doesn’t grow at all, well it grows really slow.

Do i need to take vitamins so it will grow faster, and what kind? Do i need to buy new shampoo, what type… whats the best spray that protects hair from straightening. Is their natural things i can rub into my hair like avocado, that will help?

Please Help, I love my auburn hair and i want it to be healthy. It Use to Be Long and healthy Before High School.

Thank You So Much!

It sounds like it’s dried out. There are several ways to help it out though.Get a leave in conditioner, keep getting your hair cut regularly, try a deep conditioner. (One you leave on for a few minutes and then wash out. The ones that have to be heated work best.) For protecting your hair from the heat, anything helps. Chi makes a really good (but expensive) spray. Get a good conditioner. I’ve had good luck with Garneir Fructise, TresSemme, and Matrix (if you can afford it… I never can). Good luck!

I suggest staying away from heating products and using ‘the mayo hair treatment’ might help too.
