How do I convince my mom to let my sister have her ears pierced?

Ok, so I’m almost 14 and I don’t want my ears pierced but my little sis, a 10 yr old, has been wanting them piereced for AGES. She’s very responsible and reliable and is top of her class at school, but my mom says it’s a teenager thing. My mom hates to see her kids grow up, it’s annoying. I personally don’t see the problem it’s not expensive amdvit doesn’t hurt and it looks pretty!! And my sis is willing to pay and buy her earrings, but my mom won’t give in. They had a big row yesterday and she’s grounded for the hols it’s awful all through the day she just cries coz she’s locked up in her room till Tuesday. Then she’s just allowed to stay in the house :/ it sucks. This morning she said sorry (my sis) and they hugged and she’s not grounded anymore but my mom won’t give in. Please I hate seeing her so miserable we’re really close do you have any suggestionscor arguments to convince my mom?
