How to get blue pen ink out of hair?

I have blue pen ink at the ends of my hair. I can’t dye my hair and I’ve washed my hair two times really good. Do I have to re dye it or cut it off? I live in Australia btw. People are making fun of me I really need help! Will it fade away soon?

    Your best off washing it then applying conditioner washing again straight after and re applying the conditioner I found that applying hair spray directly onto ink removesit I had ink on my t-shirt and the hair spay removed it
