4 easy way from wikihow.com1.Walk daily. This is the simplest exercise for skinny legs. Use a step counter. You should try to walk about 10,000 steps each day.2. Go running. Running will use more energy and in turn help burn fat. Try to do this at least three times per week. When running, choose a route that is particularly flat. Up-hill running builds the quad and calve muscles; they are made for fighting the forces of gravity.3.Use a stationary bike or go biking. Bike riding provide a shockingly high caloric burn of about 500-600 calories an hour, making it one of the best exercise for reducing body fat.4.Do a simple floor exercise. Lay flat on your back with your legs on the floor. Put your arms out beside you on the floor. Bring your knee up to where the highest part of your profile is. Then, with your other leg, kick it as high as it will go. Return it to the floor. Do 60 of these kicks, then switch sides and do 60 more.extra stuffTry leg rolls. Lie on your right side and place your left arm on the floor in front of you for support and balance. With your left leg, raise it at hip level. Pretend your leg is in a barrel and with your toes, lead the rest of your leg to trace the inside of the barrel. Do 60 circles and then switch and do 60 more.Try rebounding on a trampoline. Rebounding uses a lot of calories and you have fun at the same time. It also exercises your muscles leading to a more toned appearance.Try Pilates. Pilates is an ideal exercise for building lean leg muscles. The stretching and core exercises burn fat in the most hated trouble areas and it is perfect for people who don’t want to be on show while exercising. A mat, a DVD (or local class) and a bottle of water is all you need.fro more ideas go to http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Skinnier-Legs.

People carry extra weight in different places. I carry it in my tummy (and chest) and I would much rather it had gone to my butt and thighs! If you’re 14 you might be carrying a little extra weight which will disappear when you grow a couple inches taller. I have seen this happen with a lot of teenagers: a plumpish stage followed by a growth spurt. You can’t "spot-lose" weight: you can’t lose weight in one particular area. If you want to reduce the amt of fat anywhere on your body, you need to lose pounds overall. BUT if you already eat healthy and are active, and you’re a reasonable weight for your height, please don’t go on an extreme dieting kick. It’s unhealthy and can mess you up.Go to library (or the website) and look at Shape magazine. Find an article on toning your thighs and butt. They have one every 3-6 months or so. It will be a twenty minute workout that you do 3 times a week, and it has all the safety instructions included. Stick with it for twelve weeks and you will be amazed at the changes! Your thighs will be noticeably toned and sculpted. (But it’s hard to stick with it …)Good luck. Ignore the hatey responses.

There are exercises that help tone specific parts of your body. Like sit ups for you stomach, and push ups for your arms. Do squats and walk each day, that would help tone your thighs and legs. Just make sure to cut off all butter, sweets, and countless calorie food from fast food places.Your mind can also be playing tricks on you, your thighs might like fat when they’re not. Thighs are supposed to be bigger than your legs, since they are supporting you when ever you move.

do you really think they are fat? or are you being too hard on yourself? when i was a teenager, i always thought i had fat calves. I’ve always been skinny everywhere but i was really self conscious about my legs for years and years. i wouldnt wear shorts or skirts, sometimes i would with tall boots or socks but i felt really paranoid people would think my calves were huge. honestly they were a little big considering my body type. sometimes my girlfriends would even say things about it and it really got to me. eventually i got over it. they are muscular, and thats not a bad thing. i love my legs and i love showing them off! seriously, i hate pants!

Try the 30 squat challenge, its difficult if your not used to exercising and isn’t a quick fix but it gives amazing results :)
