I permed my hair and now it's ruined. . Help?

I never like my naturally wavy hair. So I seen what one of my friends did. She permed her hair. Then it was always curly and I loved it! I decided I would get a home perm kit and do it for myself. My hair was a few inches past my shoulders and it was nice. After I permed it, it added no curl. I noticed after I washed it in the shower within the next few says that it was different feeling. And it looked different when it was dry. About a week later I tried perming it again. It RUINED ALL OF MY HAIR. Everytime I was taking a shower or brushing my hair, it was stretchy and easily broke when it was dry. I did this is October. It’s April now and I ended up cutting 4 inches off my hair now it’s to my shoulders and it’s ALWAYS frizzy. Most strands of my hair are terribly kinky looking and it looks terrible. There is nothing I (know) to do to style it. I scrunch it every single day. I can’t straighten it anymore. I don’t want to damage it anymore and if I do straighten it, I have so many fly aways. Now my questions, is hairspray even worse for it? It’s Aussie. Can you EVEN FIX damaged hair? I payed $30 for a hair mask conditioner at a hair salon. I got a new shampoo but I haven’t used it yet. It’s Aveeno; Nourish and strengthen. Will this help? What should I do? Is there anything I can do? My hair feels terrible and it’s not shift at all. Just poofy and frizzy.
Please help.
Thank you!

look into Ojon products. Pricey but work wonders. Catwalk is also very good. Cheaper than Ojon but still pricey. Get the shampoo and conditioner from either of the lines. works wonders. both lines have anti frizz products also. Catwalk has different products for different types of hair 9curly, wavy straight etc) while Ojon is one line but works wonders. both are great lines that i highly reccomend.

I would advise you to see a professional don’t mess with it anymore. Why did you repeat the perm so soon? Sounds like its dry and brittle look into the nexxus or matrix line of product. You could use a good keratin treatment too.
