I want to save hair in like a baby book. Does hair change after you cut it from someone's head?

Don’t worry, it will stay the same. When my brother got his first haircut, and he was about three. The salon women gave us his hair and we still have it after sixteen years, nothing has changed about it. The color is the same, and the condition. So yes, keep, nothing will happen to it :)

I went to my mom’s office last week and her co-worker comes in with a thing full of hair from her husband and said her mother in law saved that from the 70s. And it didn’t change it all, it looks like someone just cut it off. So no it won’t change. Hair isn’t living.

No, it does not. The Victorian era ladies used to make decorative art out of the hair of loved ones. You can still find some of it in museums and antique shops.
