It all depends. You may have more weight some place than others, that doesn’t mean you’re fat; it means you have more weight in some areas. It also depends on your height, and your body shape. I personally have a curvy body shape; I have more weight in all my "womanly" areas, thighs, hips, butt, boobs. But if you had a lot more weight, all over, I think you would be referred to as overweight (again, depending on body shape, height, etc.) Last time I checked, the average size for a woman age 18-25 in Aus/NZ (where I’m from) was a 16 so you’d be average sized. Don’t worry about fat though, just be healthy and happy

Uh no. The average woman is a size 14. I am a size 14-16 too depending on the clothing, and L to XL in tops depending on brands as well. I’m 25, and I love my curves. I eat healthy and joined the gym, but I’m happy with the way I am.
