Second lobe piercing: Always a good piercing to get, very accepted, doesn’t really hurt (depending on your pain tolerance). On a scale of 1-10 (1 being practically painless and 10 being extremely painful) mine were probably a 1 or 2. (please note that I have a medium pain tolerance, but everyone is different!)Tragus: Another good piercing to get, becoming more and more accepted all the time, pain depends on your pain tolerance. Cartilage: Get it on whichever ear you really want it on, maybe even both! Mine didn’t hurt that bad, it was a 2 on the scale of 1-10.Belly Button: I think they’re awesome, as long as you take care of them right! Just got mine done last week and it was a 3 on the scale. It really felt like a big pinch to me. There’s also a TON of jewelry for them nowadays!Snake bites- They’re really cool, but I personally think they only look good on certain people. Pain depends on your pain tolerance. I considered getting mine done before, but I ended up changing my mind. Tongue piercing: I really want to get mine done, but I’m gonna wait a while before I do. There’s also a lot of jewelry for them. They heal pretty fast, but can get infected easily. You have to make sure they’re clean when you first get it done. I hear they can be pretty painless and I also hear that it hurts more to bite your tongue than to get it pierced.Nose: I’m assuming you mean the nostril part. They look good on pretty much anyone who has it done. There’s a good amount of jewelry for it. Pain depends on your pain tolerance. You have to really keep them clean and not irritate them as much as you possibly can.

Speaking from experience, earlobe, nostril, tongue, and nipple piercings do not hurt that much. I don’t mind sharp pain, though, it’s the aching the next day that I found to be super annoying. I’ve seen girls cry from getting their tragus pierced, but I’ve been told it doesn’t hurt at all. Belly button usually doesn’t hurt, and neither do lip rings. It all depends on your pain tolerance.Basically, if you have a piercing for more than a year, it’s permanent. The hole will close up after many, MANY years, but more than likely you’ll keep putting in and taking out jewelry over the course of your lifetime. Only YOU can decide which piercings to get, because it’s YOUR body. That being said, I think piercings are great, and if you feel the need to change yourself from your factory default, go for it. Get every piercing possible, maybe even some "advanced" modifications like tongue splitting or subdermal implants or suspension hanging.

All I can speak on is bellybutton piercings, since that’s all I have. But it didn’t hurt! Two slight pinches when the needle went in and then the ring, and afterwards the pain is 100% gone.
