Teen Girls Plz HELP!!!?

So long story short im going on German exchange in about a month and a half. And all my friends are sticks and im kinda chubby, well I am, im class yesterday all my friends were saying there weights , there all about 7 stone and i weighed myself this morning and in 10.10 OMG. Are there any tips or tricks on weight loss through eating, btw I go 2 girls football on Tuesday’s and guides on thurdays, and I cant go out for walks or running cause its raining or flooding over where I live.

Plz help

    I think you should engage yourself in exercising. Workout is the best tip that I can give you. Do lots of exercises indoor. I do them and it is very effective. I do stretch first before working out and the exercises that I’m doing are push-up, sit-ups, squats, lunges and jumping jacks. I do them everyday but I have a rest day once a week. I lose weight in just a month and my body starts to have a muscle and become fit, firm and toned. You should only eat healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. Do not eat junk foods. Well, I only eat them once a month just to have a treat for myself. Also, drink lots of water. Have enough sleep like 8 hours a day. That’s what I do. I can really see the changes.     Just do as many activities as you can, in P.E push yourself…and get wii fit, its actually quite useful, it has games specific to your need, e.g games to burn calories, to tighten your muscles, and it also has a body test you can take whenever you want to see if you’ve improved or not, it also allows you to have a goal e.g if you want to lose like 3 lbs…Also, try not to snack on junk food and have fruit instead and always have breakfast, it boosts your metabolism to burn more caloties. when i went on diet, i thought that eating less food would make me loose weight so i skipped breakfast….and i ended up putting on weight.. also, don’t eat your dinner too late (i’d say around 6ish)So goood luck :)

    You can try and eat less and you can excersize in your room. You can do push ups, run.back and forth punch a pillow or do sit ups. Other excersizes will work.
