There are loads of different spot creams but do any actually work?

Asked by: Dazzling Rainbow 435 views Skin & Body , , ,

I’m still 15, so as you’d expect I get spots on my face, it normally only affects my chin, and I’ve tried getting rid of it a lot. I clean it in the shower every day, and I’ve used lots of different creams but none of them have actually worked. Does anyone know a different way to clear them?

I was the same at 15 so i know had bad you want something to work! You have to be dedicated for this to work but its my routine and it has worked wonders for me as i’m now 16 and only get the occasional spot when i’m stressed or having a very bad week.Morning:1. clean face with Neutrogena spot stress control cleansing lotion on a cotton pad2. use Freederm fast track gel3. use Neutrogena spot stress control moisturiser ( any oil free moisturiser would work but this one treats spots too)During the day:1.Resist the urge to touch spots and the rest of your face as this makes your face oily and germy2. drink water ( i know everybody says it but it does work)(i should include not squeezing spots here but that would make me a hypocrite!) Night:1. use Neutrogena spot stress control scrub ( this one is the best one i found suitible for daily use)2. use the freederm gel again3. moisturise againOvernight:use Sudocrem on spots and surrounding areahope this helps and remember nothing works overnight and it will take a least a fortnight for your skin to get used to this and show results. If you only take one tip from my answer i suggest the sudocrem as it really is incredible :)

Sometimes washing your face too much can make it worse. I use duac daily gel which I got on prescription because mine was getting so bad.
