Cover up, also known as concealer, is used for covering particular spots like pimples or other blemishes. B.B. cream is a lot like a tinted moisturizer. It’s not designed to give any kind of full coverage like a foundation, which is used to give your entire face an even skin tone and to hide imperfections.

Cover up is for covering blemishes, foundation is to create an all over even tone, and b.b. cream is not as pigmented as a foundation or cover up.

foundation is heavy makeup B.b cream is more creamy and just light cover up. Cover up is any form of cover up on your skin!
