Why do my cheeks go inwards when I smile?

I am curious :) Thank you! I notice when some people smile this doesn’t happen to them so are my cheek muscles short or something lol.

People are saying they are dimples but aren’t dimples holes, mine don’t really look like holes. Thank you for your help :)

    They are dimples, and I think, again, think, I read somewhere that they are caused by the skin being attached directly to the muscle instead of to the layer of fat everyone has on their face
